Today 05/26/2021, there was a changed inside the OKTA environment. There was removed Freshdesk at the single sign on and added Freshworks.

Changes you will see, only the name Freshworks instead of Freshdesk,

After signing in, will be connecting to Freshworks which will be no more Freshdesk.

When you are inside the application it will be Freshdesk. The changes happened inside OKTA environment only.
