Updated Platform for Customer PPAP Activities July 18, 2018
Dear Valued Customer,
Littelfuse would like to notify you of the change in our platform to receive and process the Customer PPAP
(Production Part Approval Process) requests. For purposes of higher efficiency and productivity analysis, beginning August 1st 2018 Freshdesk will be our official portal for communication and exchange of information related to all Customer PPAP activities. Freshdesk is a customer service software providing helpdesk support with our PPAP activities.
We will continue to receive Customer PPAP requests on our old platform via email at PPAPRequest@Littelfuse.com until December 31st 2018, but all of these requests will be processed and fulfilled using Freshdesk.
oing forward, we encourage all customers to start using Freshdesk for all PPAP activities.
