Setup OKTA Instructions

    Step 1:  Log into the LF system using your normal log information. 

    Step 2:  Click on the provided link to open the Okta home page

    –https://littelfuse.okta.com/app/UserHome

    Step 3:  When the Okta dashboard is open, click on the Freshdesk chiclet.

    –Freshdesk will open and you will be in the Freshdesk Dashboard Home page.


Freshdesk MFA/SSO Go Live

If you start Freshdesk from the url rather than OKTA your page will have changed slightly.
